Background: Potential poster presenters are invited to propose posters on topics including:
Audience: The audience for these poster presentations, typically, will be well-informed lay persons, but not technical specialists. Consequently, we suggest each technical poster provide adequate introductory and/or tutorial material and emphasize potential applications.
Abstracts: Abstracts submitted should include your full name, affiliation, and complete contact information. Abstract should be typed in 12pt font size. Abstracts should be 200 words or less and are due Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed for selection. Authors will be notified of the selection results no later than Friday, April 4, 2014.
Selection Criteria: includes high technical quality, broad interest, and high information content. Poster presenters are requested to provide printed copies of the abstract for distribution to conference attendees during the conference and allow the poster to be posted on the conference website.
Submissions and Award Travel: US NANO DAY Posters should be sent to email@example.com. Please indicate in your submitting email if you wish to also display this poster at INC10.
Poster Specifications: Each poster should either be on A0 paper or be comprised of a maximum 15-page presentation each page on A4 paper. Each poster will be displayed in portrait orientation by the presenter on one side of a large two-sided A0 board provided by the conference.
Poster Presentations Times: US Nano Day poster presentation session will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Posters will be displayed through Thursday, May 15.
Registration Information: Notification of abstract/posters acceptance will occur before Friday, April 4, 2014.
